• Intermediate experience with Terraform

• Experience with Linux and container orchestration
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure
• Proficient in CI/CD and version control
• Understanding of security and compliance in shared services
• Record of assisting with cloud transformations
• Familiarity with cloud service providers and shared service management

What the job involves

• Work with impactful team for customer success
• Implement, integrate, and operate HashiCorp products
• Support customers in cloud transition
• Collaborate with Resident Solutions Architect on designs and plans
• Assist in third-party integrations
• Create support documentation and automation
• Deploy, manage, and operate HashiCorp solutions
• Align people, processes, and workflows with Cloud Operating Model
• Train team members on system management and automation
