- Proven experience scaling SEO across multiple site types and industries
- Client-facing experience in an agency environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills including formulas and data manipulation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of SEO tools including Ahrefs Moz SEMrush Screaming Frog Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of page-level SEO site architecture technical audits and structured data
- Experience developing managing executing and measuring SEO campaigns for medium to large brands
- Experience with AEO AI SEO strategies including featured snippets FAQ markup entity optimization and search intent mapping
- Familiarity with basic HTML CSS PHP and JavaScript concepts
- Working knowledge of recent algorithm changes and generative AI implications for search
- Proven collaboration with Paid Media Dev and Content teams

Day to day
- Lead SEO strategy across a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary organic growth lead.
- Perform advanced technical and content audits to uncover high-impact opportunities and prioritize recommendations by impact cost and effort.
- Collaborate with content outreach paid media and development teams to execute SEO initiatives that improve rankings revenue and partner outcomes.
