What the job involves
- Scheduling is a key functionality that touches multiple surfaces and applications at Rula
- It facilitates appointments between patients and providers, handling provider availability, managing appointments, and enabling patients to book appointments
- The team will own Electronic Health Record System interactions in scheduling, making Rula the source of truth for this data and increasing resilience
- This role leans towards backend development in healthcare scheduling, setting high standards for engineering quality, automation, security, and observability
