Who you are

• 3+ years of related work experience in a software environment
• Domain knowledge of Human Capital Management
• Flexibility to travel as needed up to 25%
• Experience implementing time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, ERP or similar domain product/systems
• Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources
• General Business Acumen
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint creation, and Smartsheet.

What the job involves

• You will sculpt the design of the application and utilize the defined implementation process to meet milestones and completion dates
• Work in a team environment at customer sites to implement and support UKG products
• Collaborate closely with UKG Project Managers to complete tasks for system implementations
• Coordinate and perform all phases of UKG's implementation methodology
• Provide timely follow-up and resolution of project-related items
• Implement software in various environments by using professional concepts
• Configure software applications
• Analyze a variety of business situations or data and review multiple factors
• Achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes
• Work collaboratively with customers and team members to achieve project results
