Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in maintenance engineering reliability engineering plant operations or industrial solution engineering with deep domain exposure
- Strong practical understanding of plant maintenance execution and reliability programs
- Experience in process industries such as chemicals oil & gas mining or power generation
- Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance KPIs including MTBF MTTR planned vs unplanned work backlog schedule compliance wrench time labor productivity asset availability and OEE where applicable
- Experience working with or alongside EAM CMMS platforms such as SAP PM EAM or IBM Maximo
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior operational and executive stakeholders
Day to day
- Partner with Sales on complex enterprise deals across industrial markets and translate maintenance challenges into quantified business impact.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in maintenance and reliability practices including preventive predictive and reactive strategies.
- Design outcome-oriented solutions by assessing current-state processes and shaping future-state workflows aligned to plant best practices.
- Lead discovery sessions workshops and tailored demonstrations for technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate across go-to-market teams to support opportunity qualification deal strategy and customer engagement planning.
