Role

Fluent in English language (reading writing and speaking).
Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing or customer support role with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Experience with SQL Server or similar database product with solid knowledge in performance tuning and database design.
Ability to meet customer and/or government security screening requirements.
Experience in creating technical documentation and knowledge sharing through training and mentoring.

Serve as the final point of escalation for complex technical issues.
Provide advanced technical support to a diverse audience including IT professionals and executive management.
Take ownership of customer support experiences and drive customer success in the Azure platform.
Offer best practice recommendations for Azure resources and clearly articulate these to technical and leadership teams.
Navigate complex strategic customer events by understanding their requirements and needs.
