Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis business administration finance or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of business analysis experience in Finance Accounting operations or Finance Systems
  • Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials or similar financial systems in implementation optimization or production support
  • Strong understanding of accounting operations and close processes
  • Ability to translate accounting needs into system requirements
  • Great analytical critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Day to day

  • Serve as a senior subject-matter expert in finance systems analysis, ensuring Oracle Cloud ERP accounting operations are scalable and well controlled.
  • Perform hands-on systems analysis to support accounting and finance operations, triaging complex issues and resolving data and workflow problems.
  • Partner with Accounting Finance Data and Engineering stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system outcomes and drive continuous improvement automation and controls.
