Day to day
- Demonstrate and clearly explain Nutanix solution features and business benefits to customers
- Size configure and customize technical solutions to match client needs and feedback
- Build trusted long-term customer relationships and act as a dependable advisor
- Partner with sales and technical teams on account planning proposals and complex sales opportunities
- Serve as the primary technical expert for designated products and share customer feedback for improvement
- Mentor new hires and peers to strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing
