  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems and enterprise web technologies
  • Excellent customer service skills and technical credibility

  • Collaborative attitude and commitment to customer success
  • Willing to travel up to 25%

What the job involves

  • Serve as primary technical contact and augment customer support teams
  • Onboard new customers to the CrowdStrike platforms
  • Ensure customer success via proactive health checks product training and sharing best practices
  • Serve as customer advocate with CrowdStrike teams to ensure feedback is documented and assessed
  • Research and resolve technical issues provide recommendations and action plans
  • Maintain control of resolution for escalated cases leading cross-functional groups
  • Leverage internal resources to provide effective solutions
  • Create knowledge base content to capture new learning
  • Participate in technical communication within the team to share and learn new technologies
