Who you are
- 5+ years of technical accounting experience
- Prior experience as a Big 4 auditor and technical accountant at a software company
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB standards, and SOX/Internal controls
- Extreme attention to detail
- Simultaneously research discrepancies and solve problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be proactive and have a strong desire for success
- Experience in Netsuite a plus

What the job involves
- Act as the main resource for accounting research, documentation, and updates for complex accounting treatments. Prepare journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring accurate financials in compliance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS. Assist the Head of Accounting by drafting audited financial statements and disclosures.
- Research technical accounting guidance and prepare/update accounting memos as needed.
- Provide guidance and assistance for ad-hoc projects
- Prepare calculations for internally-developed software, stock-based compensation, and equity-related activities
