Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in technical product management, enablement or implementation
  • High level of technical product knowledge and acumen required
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including high levels of cross-functional partnerships and executive & GTM/Services messaging
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter - you can take an initiative and hit the ground running with little to no direction
  • Experience working with Executive leadership and senior-level Services/GTM leaders
  • Experience designing programs and initiatives that are aligned with business strategy

What the job involves

  • This role within Product Enablement is focused on building technical expertise for our related GTM and global Services teams.
  • Responsible for working with product management, product SMEs and related GTM and global Services teams to support required technical expertise.
  • Design and execute a robust technical product learning strategy & ecosystem that drives required expertise and the right conversations across GTM teams and global Services organization.
