Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience leading Agile-based, software product development teams and/or content development teams
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching complex SaaS products, especially in educational software
  • Knowledge of and experience working on the development of educational software and/or SaaS platforms
  • Strong decision-making, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms
  • Experience with wireframe, design analysis, business/e-commerce/SaaS application analysis, use case diagram development, and user story writing
  • Proven success mentoring or managing teams and driving cultural change
  • Demonstrated ability to enter new situations and drive change
  • Deadline‐conscious, results‐driven, and high‐performing in a high‐intensity environment
  • Attention to detail, ability to analyze complex systems, expertise at managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent verbal, written, demo, interpersonal, and organizational communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Jira and Confluence experience
  • Experience working with remote teams in various time zones
  • Basic understanding of fundamental principles of business
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Drive successful delivery of product and/or platform iterations to the market
  • Prioritize the needs of customers against available resources to deliver viable solutions improving learning for students, instructors, and institutions
