What the job involves
Collaborate with account managers to understand needs and roles to be filled, review job descriptions for vacancies
Assist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for positions
Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates, source potential candidates on niche platforms like Stack Overflow and Github
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
Interview candidates using various methods including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
Maintain contact with candidates to update them on their application status
Provide advice to account managers on expected salaries and candidate negotiations
Facilitate contacts by maintaining a presence in the technical community and marketplace, attend job fairs and industry conferences, run company booth at job fairs
