  • Experience supporting communication strategies or outreach for FAA Government or regulated technical programs
  • Experience producing or managing technical documentation across multiple formats audiences or delivery channels
  • Experience working with FAA Headquarters and supporting cross-organizational collaboration and executive-level communications
  • US Citizen or Green Card Permanent Resident with 3+ years U.S. residency
  • Public Trust approval

Day to day

  • Develop, draft, revise, and edit technical documentation for aviation safety programs and stakeholder audiences
  • Translate complex aviation operational and regulatory information into clear accessible content for government industry and public readers
  • Analyze and organize content to improve clarity usability consistency accessibility and 508 compliance across documentation and communications
