- Experience supporting communication strategies or outreach for FAA Government or regulated technical programs
- Experience producing or managing technical documentation across multiple formats audiences or delivery channels
- Experience working with FAA Headquarters and supporting cross-organizational collaboration and executive-level communications
- US Citizen or Green Card Permanent Resident with 3+ years U.S. residency
- Public Trust approval
Day to day
- Develop, draft, revise, and edit technical documentation for aviation safety programs and stakeholder audiences
- Translate complex aviation operational and regulatory information into clear accessible content for government industry and public readers
- Analyze and organize content to improve clarity usability consistency accessibility and 508 compliance across documentation and communications
