Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in Networking, Telecom, Cloud, or Storage industries
- Experience working with DITA/XML using the Oxygen XML Editor
- Proficient in creating videos using the Adobe Acrobat Suite
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, with experience in using styles and macros highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining document quality
- Ability to write documentation from scratch, not just edit existing documents
- Must have experience with Git, Markup OR AsciiDoc use case documentation, and topic-based writing
Day to day
- Reformat product user guides in Microsoft Word according to established procedures and a rebranding checklist
- Identify and restructure key content segments for clarity and coherence
- Facilitate product manual reviews and approvals, incorporating feedback as necessary
- Consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively managing time and priorities
