Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in Networking, Telecom, Cloud, or Storage industries
• Experience working with DITA/XML using the Oxygen XML Editor
• Proficient in creating videos using the Adobe Acrobat Suite
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, with experience in using styles and macros highly desirable
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining document quality
• Ability to write documentation from scratch, not just edit existing documents
• Must have experience with Git, Markup OR AsciiDoc use case documentation, and topic-based writing

What the job involves

• Reformat product user guides in Microsoft Word according to established procedures and a rebranding checklist
• Identify and restructure key content segments for clarity and coherence
• Facilitate product manual reviews and approvals, incorporating feedback as necessary
• Consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively managing time and priorities
