Who you are

• Experience within the fintech sector or understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and security best practices
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a financial technology context
• Ability to manage, coordinate, and prioritize work with multiple team members for delivering software with quality in time
• Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and other departments
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Located in the Americas or Europe (between time zones UTC-8 and UTC+3)
• Over 10 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure management, mainly in high-availability production applications using AWS or Azure
• Extensive experience in working with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in maintaining release pipelines using automated CI/CD pipelines and provisioning tools
• Working with Linux administration
• Knowledge in configuring, maintaining, and monitoring utilization pool of cloud infrastructure and resources using IaaC like Terraform
• Expertise in incident management and risk mitigation of auto-scalable applications and resources in distributed regions
• Understanding of Git and branching models for coordination with team members

Desirables

• Hands-on experience with release management and architecting within cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Mastery of network security, traffic encryption, authentication protocols, firewalls, VPN configuration, maintaining a critical level of security and restriction
• Skills in programming languages like Python and Golang
• Comprehensive grasp of economics and finance, including swaps, escrows, scalping, staking, lending, DeFi, and Machine Learning for troubleshooting online services
