- 8+ years industry experience in a large scale, multi-tenant production environment
- Experience in Customer Centric Engineering or sustaining team role
- Proficiency in Internet development technologies such as Java, MySQL, Tomcat, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, REST, Public Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability, fast learner, and resourcefulness
- Experience in Identity/IAM space is a plus
What the job involves
- Troubleshoot, debug, and analyze logs to propose bug fixes or architectural changes
- Work closely with Dev teams to propose fixes or design changes
- Take complete ownership and follow-up on escalations
