Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Data Science Biostatistics Mathematics or similar related field and 5+ years of professional data science experience building predictive models
- Master's or Ph.D in Computer Science Data Science Biostatistics Mathematics or similar related field and 3-5 years of professional data science experience building predictive models
- Advanced proficiency with deep learning frameworks and the core Python data science ecosystem
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures such as Transformers Neural Networks and LLMs
- Strong technical communication and collaboration skills with nontechnical stakeholders and engineering product teams
- MLOps experience taking models from notebook to production including experiment tracking packaging containerization Docker model serving APIs CI/CD and pipeline orchestration
- Experience monitoring models in production for data and concept drift and performance degradation with alerting
- Strong peer leadership and ability to mentor junior data scientists and improve team standards

Day to day
- Lead complex modelling and analytical projects with broad and diverse scope
- Drive cross-product initiatives with minimal direction and set the technical approach for ambiguous problems
- Build and deploy hybrid models using deep learning large language models and traditional data science methods to deliver measurable uplift
- Prototype quickly validate ideas and translate murky technical work into clear stories that inspire trust and drive business impact
