• Influence product development: Using your expertise in advanced data methodologies collaborate with the Machine Learning team to identify opportunities and build solutions to help scale our machine learning product development.
• Grow relationships and data culture: Build strong relationships with product managers and your machine learning colleagues.
• Democratize data insights: Perform statistical analyses and create informative data visualizations that deliver value to stakeholders across the organization.
• Inform strategy: Collaborate with product and business leaders to develop metrics and dashboards that support company objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Serve as a subject-matter expert: Provide guidance both to stakeholders on how to use data in decision making.
• Be a technical mentor: Provide technical leadership to peers to help them deliver on projects and grow their skill sets.
