Who you are

• Graduate degree (masters or PhD) in AI, ML, operations research or equivalent experience
• Strong programming skills in Python and fluency in SQL, Pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras/Tensorflow
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• 6+ years of industry experience using ML with large datasets
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks and methodologies
• Experience in applying ML and optimization techniques to solve marketplace problems
• Proven track record as a tech lead or team leader
