• Able to work at speed while maintaining quality driving clarity from complexity and ambiguity.
• Equally focused on user experience and business objectives ensuring design solutions meet both criteria effectively.
• An outstanding communicator who builds relationships and gains alignment across teams.
• Experienced in mentoring Product Designers providing guidance for growth.
• Builds strong relationships with cross-functional partners developing best practices for engagement across the organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll and Fintech delivering impactful design solutions.
• Experienced in being embedded within a development team delivering high-quality outcomes with light touch from Product Manager.
