Who you are

• 9+ years of software development experience in a tech environment
• Strong expertise with backend systems in large-scale service-oriented architectures
• Experience with frontend or full stack development
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Passionate about efficiency, availability, and technical/system quality
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s/PhD degree in CS or equivalent experience

What the job involves

• Work with product, design, and engineering teams to build products and features.
• Lead and contribute to the full development cycle, including design, development, testing, analysis, and launch.
• Review code and design documents, provide feedback on product specs and mocks.
• Mentor other engineers and nurture a culture of technical quality.
• Build solutions to improve Airbnb agent productivity.
