Remote Staff Software Engineer Job in UK SailPoint

Who you are

• Collaborative, approachable and articulate
• Golang expertise, including concurrency, goroutines & channels
• Experience with cloud-based storage solutions such as Amazon S3 or Snowflake
• Experience with an event streaming platform such as Apache Kafka
• Testing & Debugging - unit & integration tests, including strategies for exercising external integrations; familiarity with debug & performance profiling tools

Desirables

• BSc in Computer Science or similar
• 8+ years of experience
• CI/CD pipelines (CloudBees/Jenkins)
• Microservices & SaaS
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• AWS experience

What the job involves

• Leading the implementation of the backend services for the new EPM product
• Implementing logic for API endpoints in Golang, including operations on EPM policy information, audit data, and logs
• Working on cloud-based storage mechanisms to store and process large amounts of data
• Collaborating with EPM team to enable backend communication with user devices via HTTPS
• Integrating EPM functionality with existing microservices in the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform
