Who you are

• 10+ years experience writing technical documentation for an external developer audience
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a modern documentation toolchain, including GitHub experience
• Experience using Markdown, reStructuredText, or equivalent
• Experience reading code in languages such as Java or Python
• Experience using or documenting distributed systems technologies
• Proven track record of coming up with systematic solutions that others can utilize to efficiently build other experiences that feel cohesive
• Bachelor's Degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Learning Technology, or related field

Desirables

• Demonstrated portfolio of work that sets the bar for technical documentation
• Mastery of docs DevOps processes and tooling

What the job involves

• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Support, and more to create world-class developer documentation that ensures customer success
• Produce documentation with unified examples, consistent style, and jaw-dropping quality
• As a key member of the Product organization, be a user advocate that informs product and feature development
