Requirements
- Live in Missouri and travel regularly for in-person meetings in Jefferson City and across the state
- 3+ years of experience in account management product management political strategy lobbying business development policy or a similar role
- Experience working in or with state governments especially Missouri agencies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Ability to lead processes communicate clearly and manage cross-functional teams
- Comfort working with technology data analysis and fast-moving priorities
- Open-minded humble curious and able to listen empathetically

Day to day
- Build strong relationships with state correctional leaders and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and support their goals.
- Use data, product insights, and clear communication to shape how Recidiviz serves Missouri's partnership objectives.
- Run effective meetings, document decisions, and coordinate across internal teams to drive implementation and measurable impact.
