Requirements
- Qualified Financial Accountant (ideally ACA)
- Experience in similar-sized organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrate initiative, judgment, and continual improvement
- Experience with finance system changes, ideally Unit4 ERPx
Day to day
- Support the delivery of high quality statutory audit and month end closes
- Actively contribute to robust controls and efficient financial processes
- Collaborate with colleagues in transactional processing and business partnering teams and fellow financial accountants
