Requirements
- 3+ years in infrastructure finance project finance infrastructure-focused PE or IB
- Hands-on experience building complex financial models for hardware procurement colocation energy infrastructure or similar capital-intensive assets
- Familiarity with GPU compute data center operations or cloud and neocloud economics
- Experience structuring or raising debt financing and managing lender relationships
- Ability to build financial frameworks from scratch with incomplete data and shifting assumptions
- Comfort operating in a lean high-trust startup with direct founder access

Day to day
- Lead financial planning and performance management across GPU cluster portfolios with NPV and IRR analysis, scenario modeling, and ROI evaluation
- Own the financial architecture of major infrastructure deals by modeling time-value-of-money trade-offs across contract structures and build versus lease decisions
- Serve as the primary contact for lenders and debt partners while managing covenant reporting, draw schedules, communications, financing packages, and capital allocation controls
