Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in accounting finance operational finance or controllership roles
- Strong understanding of financial reporting cash flow management and operational finance
- Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to operate independently in fast moving environments
- Comfortable working with evolving systems and imperfect data
- Experience in staffing EOR payroll fintech SaaS or compliance heavy businesses preferred
- Experience with multi entity and multi currency environments preferred
- Experience with outsourced or offshore accounting support teams preferred
- Experience supporting lending working capital or banking initiatives preferred
- Strong accounting foundation CPA a plus but not required
- Experience with Xero NetSuite or similar accounting systems preferred

Day to day
- Lead weekly financial and operational reporting to give leadership clear visibility into cash flow working capital and funding exposure
- Strengthen accounts receivable monitoring collections discipline invoicing accuracy and broader finance workflows
- Build client profitability labor burden and margin analysis to support pricing decisions forecasting and scalable financial infrastructure
