  • Hands-on experience in running Google and Meta Ads
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account or Customer Success Manager in Performance Marketing
  • Strong business acumen and data analytics skills

What the job involves

  • Our Customer Success Managers act as associate partners to e-commerce retailers
  • You will be responsible for the full customer cycle from onboarding to success
  • Provide analytical and business insights to elevate client ROI and revenue
  • Work with medium- and large enterprise clients across the UK and EU
  • Strategize with clients and translate data insights into action points
