Requirements
- Proven success selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-size large and enterprise customers
- Experience selling into telecom or energy preferred
- Strong track record closing high-value SaaS deals over £300k ARR
- Ability to navigate complex buying centres and influence executive stakeholders
- Experience defining and executing territory plans with target account lists
- Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology
- Ability to research target companies and align value propositions to business needs
- Experience building business cases ROI and commercial offers tied to outcomes
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles
- Strong consultative selling and challenger sales approach

Day to day
- Own a priority Nordics territory and build a new enterprise book of business through strategic prospecting and account planning.
- Lead complex SaaS sales cycles end to end in a MEDDPICC environment while guiding large buying groups to confident decisions.
- Act as a trusted enterprise advisor by shaping territory strategy influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally to win new logos.
