Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking consulting corporate strategy corporate FP&A or business strategy/analytics.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in economics finance mathematics engineering/computer science demonstrating quantitative competence.
- Expert financial modeling and analytical skills including advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions SQL and BI tools (e.g. Looker).
- Exemplary interpersonal skills to clearly articulate financial data to colleagues and stakeholders.
Day to day
- Own and develop Vida's financial model and internal/external reporting.
- Develop dashboards financial models and complex data analyses to provide insights to finance leadership.
- Apply business judgment and financial insights to support decision-making related to unit economics margin levers membership growth and new partnerships.
- Actively track understand and model business drivers such as member engagement signups retention acquisition cost and provider capacity.
