Requirements
- 6–12+ years of experience in strategic finance FP&A investment banking consulting or related fields
- Experience supporting high-growth B2B SaaS companies with hybrid software and services business models
- Strong understanding of SaaS and professional services revenue models
- Experience building and maintaining complex financial models
- Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
- Strong understanding of services metrics including utilization billable hours and blended margins
- Experience with driver-based forecasting scenario modeling and business partnering
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting global operations is a plus

Day to day
- Own and maintain the integrated operating model and 3-statement financial model for the business
- Lead annual planning forecasting budgeting and long-range planning processes while building driver-based forecasts across revenue headcount utilization margins and cash flow
- Partner with leaders across GTM Product Engineering Customer Success Delivery Operations and Accounting to improve visibility support strategic decisions and scale finance operations
- Drive board reporting executive analysis scenario modeling and AI-enabled finance process improvements to help shape a modern finance function
