Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of financial experience preferably driving profitability enhancement initiatives
- 5+ years working with senior and C-level leadership
- History of leveraging systems processes and AI to increase speed to delivery
- Comfort questioning the status quo and providing a challenger leadership style
- Excellent project management communication and interpersonal skills
- Operationally minded financial leader with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work cross-functionally including with clinical and technical teams
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Day to day
