• 3+ years in management consulting or strategy/growth roles
• Proven track record of successfully leading initiatives and hitting goals
• 3+ years experience in technology partnerships, strategic partnerships or business development
• Blend of creativity and analytical thinking skills
• Complex, cross-functional project/program management experience
• Clear and concise communication skills

• Provide strategic and tactical support to advance opportunities from identification to successful partnership launch
• Cultivate relationships with strategic partners, technology providers, and industry stakeholders
• Enhance or establish infrastructure to measure and optimize the impact of business development activities
• Design and implement scalable processes for operational excellence
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate opportunities
• Build strong internal relationships for cross-functional collaboration and alignment
