- 3+ years in management consulting or strategy/growth roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading initiatives and hitting goals
- 3+ years experience in technology partnerships, strategic partnerships or business development
- Blend of creativity and analytical thinking skills
- Complex, cross-functional project/program management experience
- Clear and concise communication skills
Day to day
- Provide strategic and tactical support to advance opportunities from identification to successful partnership launch
- Cultivate relationships with strategic partners, technology providers, and industry stakeholders
- Enhance or establish infrastructure to measure and optimize the impact of business development activities
- Design and implement scalable processes for operational excellence
- Build financial models and business cases to evaluate opportunities
- Build strong internal relationships for cross-functional collaboration and alignment
