Requirements
- Relevant technical qualification or demonstrable street lighting experience
- Experience with street lighting or illuminated sign maintenance and installation
- Experience supervising works or contractors ideally in a PFI environment
- Good working knowledge of IT systems and digital tools
- Ability to communicate clearly with public and partners
- Experience working collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to travel across Staffordshire

Day to day
- Deliver an efficient and safe street lighting service across Staffordshire
- Supervise contractor works and ensure safety quality and compliance with council standards
- Review lighting designs approve third-party works and support planned improvements and community requests
