  • 1-3+ years of commercial SEO experience at Strong Junior or Middle level
  • Experience in highly competitive niches such as iGaming virtual entertainment crypto dating or similar
  • Strong content SEO skills including semantics briefs editing and AI content quality control
  • Linkbuilding experience with outreach purchases directories and awareness of PBN and GSA risks
  • Technical SEO knowledge including CMS HTML CSS JS redirects canonical hreflang and Core Web Vitals
  • Hands-on use of GSC GA4 Ahrefs or Semrush Screaming Frog or Netpeak Spider and Looker Studio
  • Ability to manage multiple sites with different risk profiles and scale links quickly

Day to day

  • Develop SEO strategies across multiple GEOs, aligning semantics technical setup and backlink profiles.
  • Plan site architecture through query clustering internal linking and intent matching to support growth.
  • Manage the content pipeline by writing briefs editing content and running AI-driven workflows with quality control.
  • Scale link acquisition through outreach purchases and directories while managing risk and coordinating internal linkbuilding tasks.
  • Run technical audits covering indexability Core Web Vitals crawl budget and log analysis and translate findings into developer tasks.
  • Track metrics test hypotheses roll out winning changes and produce clear performance reports.
