Requirements
- HNC or degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of Electricity Transmission and Distribution industry
- Proficient in current Transmission and Distribution standards and High Voltage Substation design H&S regulations
- Experienced line manager with leadership coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of sustainability continuous improvement and commercial or contractual issues
- Experience in a multicultural environment

Day to day
- Provide technical input to tender engineering drawings and documents for high voltage substation proposals.
- Review and approve layouts bills of quantities cable schedules and related design outputs against specifications budget and safety requirements.
- Support primary engineering with technical evaluations HAZID reviews site visits client meetings and process improvements.
