Day to day

  • Supervises daily cash application and payment posting operations for medical and pharmacy systems.
  • Coordinates deposits and EDI file imports to ensure accurate, timely automated posting and manual resolution of unmatched items.
  • Monitors compliance, resolves posting issues, supports staff performance, and responds to internal and external inquiries.
