Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of accounting experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including intermediate Excel
  • Understanding of FASB ASC Topic 606 and loyalty accounting concepts
  • Ability to perform account reconciliations analytical reviews and journal entries
  • Strong critical thinking and effective written and verbal communication skills

Day to day

  • Support accurate accounting and reporting of loyalty-related revenue costs and liabilities
  • Manage day-to-day tracking of the loyalty points economy and analyze program activity
  • Prepare and review journal entries reconciliations workpapers and reporting while ensuring US GAAP compliance
  • Collaborate with accounting teams and partners on forecasts audits process improvements and ad hoc analyses
