Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including intermediate Excel
- Understanding of FASB ASC Topic 606 and loyalty accounting concepts
- Ability to perform account reconciliations analytical reviews and journal entries
- Strong critical thinking and effective written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Support accurate accounting and reporting of loyalty-related revenue costs and liabilities
- Manage day-to-day tracking of the loyalty points economy and analyze program activity
- Prepare and review journal entries reconciliations workpapers and reporting while ensuring US GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with accounting teams and partners on forecasts audits process improvements and ad hoc analyses
