Leadership skills and experience in team development
Expertise in supplier management and quality systems

College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific subject
Licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations may be required
Preferably 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Program Management role in a regulated industry
Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience

You will ensure that the company meets its annual business objectives by managing global work plans and aligning stakeholders
You will lead the charge in developing zero-defect components and ensuring top-quality performance from suppliers
You will sponsor and lead root cause analyses and corrective actions to solve high-complexity quality issues
