Requirements
- Leadership skills and experience in team development

- College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific subject
- Licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations may be required
- Preferably 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Program Management role in a regulated industry
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
Day to day
- You will enhance the quality and business outcomes by fostering strong relationships with key partners—suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders such as Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Engineering
- You will help build and elevate the skills and competencies of your team through coaching and mentoring
- You will design and execute global initiatives that transform supplier development techniques, quality performance, and engineering capabilities
- You will ensure that the company meets its annual business objectives by managing global work plans and aligning stakeholders
- You will lead the charge in developing zero-defect components and ensuring top-quality performance from suppliers
- You will sponsor and lead root cause analyses and corrective actions to solve high-complexity quality issues
