Requirements

  • You will help build and elevate the skills and competencies of your team through coaching and mentoring
  • You will design and execute global initiatives that transform supplier development techniques, quality performance, and engineering capabilities
  • You will ensure that the company meets its annual business objectives by managing global work plans and aligning stakeholders
  • You will lead the charge in developing zero-defect components and ensuring top-quality performance from suppliers
  • You will sponsor and lead root cause analyses and corrective actions to solve high-complexity quality issues
