• Degree + Master's in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent engineering degree in the technological branch.
• KNX advanced knowledge
• DALI
• Network configuration experience
• Linux – basic knowledge
• English level – C2/Native

What the job involves

• Responsible for providing technical advice to clients and carrying out Zennio solutions projects in accordance with established procedures, with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction.
• Confirmation and validation of technical specifications with the client, project programming and documentation, with the goal of delivering a programmed and functioning solution according to the client's needs.
• Commissioning of mockup rooms according to the client's needs to showcase the functioning solution to be offered.
• Providing support, maintenance, and handling technical inquiries throughout the entire life cycle of the project/product to address technical issues ensuring good customer service and experience as expected.
• Leading integrations with local software in collaboration with the HQ team to forge partnerships with other industry partners.
