Who you are

  • Manage customer facing cases throughout support lifecycle
  • Excellent Linux systems administration knowledge
  • Ability to use scripting languages and MVC frameworks
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD
  • Expertise in writing support content
  • Communication skills for technical topics
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and technologies
