Who you are

  • 3+ years experience in technical customer support, technical writing, system administration or related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 1+ years experience in technical customer support, technical writing, system administration or related roles OR equivalent experience
  • Working proficiency in English language, both written and verbal skills

Desirables

  • Technical experience (QA, documentation, elaborate board games)
  • Experience supporting web apps and/or online payment systems
  • Experience identifying workflow inefficiencies
  • Comfortable advocating for improvements
  • Proficient in various technological tools and applications



What the job involves

  • Handle the lowest difficulty tickets without assistance
  • Represent customer needs in department-wide discussions
  • Learn the product feedback process, internal processes, complete assigned trainings
  • Regularly troubleshoot varying complexity tickets
  • Provide training and guidance within squad
  • Identify and report bugs and feature requests based on customer feedback
  • Update team documentation, public documentation, support discussions
  • Become a subject matter expert in one or more areas
  • Help users quickly and awesomely in a global support team
