Requirements
- Diploma of College Studies (D.E.C) with at least 2 years of technical support experience in a hardware troubleshooting environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Technical proficiency in repair troubleshooting especially Linux-based systems and power electronics
- Experience within EV charging UPS or VSD environments preferred
- Strong customer relationship skills with confidence in supported products service and resolution processes including SLAs
- Proficient English communication skills
- French-Canadian bilingualism advantageous
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% domestically
- Valid work authorization for employment with ABB in the US

Day to day
- Provide first and second-level phone and email technical support for EV charging systems
- Perform remote diagnosis analysis troubleshooting and repair guidance for hardware and Linux-based technical issues
- Assess customer cases define dispatch scope collaborate with field engineers and escalate problems to resolution
