Requirements
- Fluent Spanish language skills
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related technical discipline
- 4-6 years experience in a support role
- Professional experience in civil design and drafting
- Strong customer orientation with clear technical communication
- Ability to handle multiple cases prioritize effectively and meet SLAs
- Experience supporting international clients preferably across EMEA time zones
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support cases

Day to day
- Provide technical support to civil engineering professionals on product usage drafting and design queries
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software configuration and workflow issues using remote assistance ticketing systems and virtual meetings
- Collaborate with product development QA and knowledge management teams to resolve escalated cases and improve customer self service
