Day to day

  • Provide technical support to civil engineering professionals on product usage drafting and design queries
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software configuration and workflow issues using remote assistance ticketing systems and virtual meetings
  • Collaborate with product development QA and knowledge management teams to resolve escalated cases and improve customer self service
