Who you are

  • Must have cloud experience with GCP Azure AWS or K8
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • Minimum two years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing technical role
  • Strong network and security knowledge
  • Excellent customer-oriented individual with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Creativity is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Windows Mac and Linux platforms (mobile platforms are a plus)
  • Training delivery experience is an advantage
