- Knowledge about PV inverter is a plus
- English language skills at least on C1
- Based in the UK
- Driving license is extremely important
- Experience dealing with customers in critical situations
- Willingness to travel
Day to day
- Provide first-level support for O&M issues, communicating with customers.
- Handle GSP system tickets for O&M tasks, supporting regional service teams.
- Record and report faults, deficiencies, and unusual occurrences, overseeing repairs and maintenance.
