Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting business applications in a professional environment
- Demonstrated expertise resolving complex platform issues involving configurations automation and integrations
- Experience supporting new business system implementations and legacy application retirement
- Working knowledge of APIs webhooks and integration tools
- Familiarity with incident management including P1 major incident coordination and post-incident review
- Experience with application monitoring and alerting tools such as DataDog or NinjaOne
- Experience with IT service management platforms such as Jira
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field preferred

Day to day
- Support the stability and reliability of core business applications including Zoho Monday.com NetSuite Jira Zapier Slack RingCentral Twilio and Calendly
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues diagnosing configurations automations integrations and workflow failures while driving root-cause fixes
- Monitor system health respond to incidents document problems and collaborate across teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring issues
