Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting business applications in a professional environment
  • Demonstrated expertise resolving complex platform issues involving configurations automation and integrations
  • Experience supporting new business system implementations and legacy application retirement
  • Working knowledge of APIs webhooks and integration tools
  • Familiarity with incident management including P1 major incident coordination and post-incident review
  • Experience with application monitoring and alerting tools such as DataDog or NinjaOne
  • Experience with IT service management platforms such as Jira
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field preferred

Day to day

  • Support the stability and reliability of core business applications including Zoho Monday.com NetSuite Jira Zapier Slack RingCentral Twilio and Calendly
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues diagnosing configurations automations integrations and workflow failures while driving root-cause fixes
  • Monitor system health respond to incidents document problems and collaborate across teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring issues
