Day to day
- Perform quality assurance assessment on resources available to the public
- Collaborate with project partners such as TPXimpact and United Learning
- Develop and enhance content for sustainability-focused educational services
- Identify gaps and issues within the service and propose solutions
- Draft and communicate with resource providers across various channels
- Contribute to and present at workshops reporting on project progress
- Manage data entries and ensure data accuracy within the Content Management System
- Support user research and development of service propositions
