• Perform quality assurance assessment on resources available to the public
• Collaborate with project partners such as TPXimpact and United Learning
• Develop and enhance content for sustainability-focused educational services
• Identify gaps and issues within the service and propose solutions
• Draft and communicate with resource providers across various channels
• Contribute to and present at workshops reporting on project progress
• Manage data entries and ensure data accuracy within the Content Management System
• Support user research and development of service propositions
