Requirements
- Minimum 6 years in 2nd/3rd line internal IT support
- Minimum 4 years Microsoft Office 365 administration experience
- Minimum 4 years hands-on Microsoft Azure experience
- Strong troubleshooting across multi-site and multi-discipline environments
- Hands-on experience with Exchange Online SharePoint Online and MS Teams
- Strong knowledge of end-user devices and operating systems
- Practical experience with endpoint security disk encryption MDM patching and vulnerability management
- Technical knowledge of switches routers wireless access points DHCP TCP/IP and VPN
- Hands-on firewall and security appliance administration
- Experience working within the ITIL framework
- Practical experience using service desk tools
- Experience working with third-party suppliers
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Knowledge of Spanish is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones
- Full driving licence required
Day to day
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support across end-user devices cloud services and business applications
- Diagnose and resolve incidents across physical and cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on secure efficient operations
- Configure maintain and support network infrastructure Microsoft 365 Azure and endpoint environments while improving documentation and service quality
